Financial Analyst Senior

Allina Health is a not-for-profit health system that cares for people across Minnesota and western Wisconsin through more than 90 clinics, 12 hospitals, and a range of specialty care services.

The Financial Analyst Senior supports financial analytics and serves as a business partner to operational leadership. This role leads budget processes covering volumes, revenue, staffing, and expense. It analyzes target versus actual variances, performs monthly expense accruals, supports forecasting, completes complex ad hoc analysis, and partners on business plans for capital and program expansion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  Preferred: Master's degree and 5 to 7 years of experience in finance or accounting within a health care setting
