Here is what we believed back in 1999, before it was obvious: the people who run nonprofits, foundations, agencies, hospitals, and schools deserved better than a generic job board that treats a mission-driven hire like any other listing. So we built the alternative, and we have stayed in that lane on purpose ever since.
From the program manager running the day-to-day to the executive in the corner office, and the fundraisers who keep all of it funded, these are the roles that move organizations forward. They deserve a hiring channel built for them. That is the whole job, and we have been doing it for more than two decades.
